Connie Coleman & Alan Powell

    Connie Coleman and Alan Powell are video artists that have been involved in the video art scene since the early days (Alan was one of the original members of the Electron Movers). They reside in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Alan Powell is an Associate Professor of Film and Media Arts at Temple University and is Director of the Undergraduate Production Sequence in Film/Media Arts. Connie Coleman is an Associate Professor of Computer Animation at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia.

     Works of theirs have been shown at The Kitchen, The Alternative Museum, The Museum of the Moving Image, The Philadelphia Museum of Art, The Long Beach Museum, the Musee d'Arte Moderne in Paris, and have been broadcast on Swiss and Danish television as well as The Learning Channel and PBS in the United States.
